how i handle ai and data
i use commercial ai tools to move faster. i don’t use them to skip judgment. every deliverable gets human review before it reaches you. no client or government data is ever used to train a third-party model. the tools in my stack are u.s.-hosted. i built this policy before anyone required it, it’s the direction federal guidance is already heading, and i’d rather be there early than catch up later.
how i operate
solo operator. everything performed personally, in dallas, tx. nothing outsourced, nothing offshored. i safeguard any system that would touch federal information the way far 52.204-21 expects, access control, encrypted transmission, no data held longer than the engagement requires.
